Dieting and keeping healthy doesn’t mean you need to just eat Bird-Food and drink only water!
Being healthy is all about making sure you eat all food types, get regular exercise and keeping positive! It is not just about what your physically look like but also mentally.
I make sure I eat three meals a day, snack on healthy food but also treat my self to a glass of wine and some chocolate. If I didn’t do that I would go insane! I think being healthy is also being upbeat and happy!
Getting regular exercise is the hardest part as I am always so busy. But my top tip is just going for a walk after dinner. I tend to just walk around the block and it makes me feel less bloated after I have eaten.
